This Yin class, holding postures for up to 4 or 5 minutes, works into deep relaxation, improved and sustainable flexibility and the more meditative, still side of the practice. We contemplate throughout how within stillness of the body and mind we can actually find change. We are always so busy moving and achieving, that perhaps we find the motivation and creativity for the right change if we just stop for a moment to rest and be still. This stillness will also work into opening the full body whilst allowing our prana, life force, to flow freely.

"Don't push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
