A Vinyasa sequence lengthening the hamstrings, opening the hips, working into building strength in the shoulders and the core. We finish with a detailed pose breakdown and tutorial for Bhujipidasana (which is a good first arm balance to master), progressing into Firefly (Tittibasana). Use as a standalone Vinyasa sequence or come back to this class time and again to build the skills you need for your Firefly. We finish with a calming savasana.
