A stand alone class in itself, which you can come back to time and again. We work through safe backbends; opening up the front body, utilising full curvature in the spine, finding length in the lower back and avoiding compression. Also opening up through the hip flexors and the quads to be able to fully explore full wheel. Finishing with detailed instruction of how to approach full wheel and a savansana.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
