This calming slow flow session focuses on gently releasing and strengthening the hips, the sides of the body, lower back and predominately the Psoas muscles, a major and deep postural muscle. Tightness and weakness in this muscle can contribute to bad posture, back pain and tightness in the hips. We use the breath to anchor the mind and leave you feeling refreshed and rested.
Equipment: 2 Yoga Blocks
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
