We move around the mat, 360 degrees, working with balance poses and forward folds to connect to the hamstrings, to ground and calm. Flow through gentle core work to balance the practice. Leave feeling restored, open and peaceful.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
