A gentle and restorative Vinyasa flow to gently strengthen, open the body and release any sticky points. This class will help release through the shoulders, spine and hips as well as refresh the body and mind through a moving meditation of movement and breath. Finish feeling fully restored and rested.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
