Looking to gain more range of motion in your lower body or feeling tight in the hips and hamstrings after a recent workout? Then this session is for you. A short session to improve mobility in the hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors.

Equipment: Optional Light Resistance Band

Michael is our PT, having spent his life working in the sports and fitness space, he now trains top athletes, celebrities and models on a one-to-one basis in London, always with the goal of setting the drive to help clients improve their lives by becoming fitter and stronger. Michael has a passion for helping others on their fitness journey and after years spent coaching football in the US, he expanded his personal training credentials with EXOS Performance Specialist, Pain Free Performance Certification, Onnit Academy Foundations Certification, and Cross Fit Level 1.
