A short mini session for when you just have 10 minutes, perfect to stack onto another session or to stack with the other mini Sculpt sessions to create a tailored workout for what you need today. Expect to work through high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning to create lean muscle in this mini targeted Arms session.

Equipment: Optional small hand held or wrist weights

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
