A 30 minute flowing Pilates session working into the lateral, side, body. Strengthen through the core, obliques and glutes as you move through this dynamic session. This session will also gently mobilise the full body so you can finish feeling strong, energised and mobile.

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
