The 12-day ‘Nervous System Reset’ series is a chance to dive into meditation, mindfulness and breath-work, alongside an optional movement plan, to give your nervous system a proper reset, with just 10 -15 mins a day. Slow down and take a moment for body and mind. This restorative style flow will guide you through deep stretches for the shoulders and chest, finishing with a yummy supported savasana to help you feel fully relaxed, refreshed, and open in body and mind.

Equipment: Optional Bolster or/ cushions and 1 Yoga Blocks

Bhavisha is a teacher of Yoga, Meditation and is a Breath-Coach and will be bringing us some truly beautiful Restorative, Yin, Meditation and Breath-work sessions. Bhavisha has completed 1000+ hours of training, has been practicing for 11 years and truly believes that yoga and meditation has changed her life forever. Bhavisha shares her knowledge in her classes as a tool to bring body awareness, mindfulness and self introspection that provides the freedom from constraints and allows us to become who we are truly meant to be.
