This Beginner yoga session will take you through the alignment of key postures and guide you through some key yogic principles, as well as gently strengthening and lengthening the full body. Finish the class feeling mobile in body and calm in mind.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as the Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses and Amex.
