A dynamic and energising class to work into strengthening and releasing through those areas specific to finding a work break release; correcting our WFH desk postures and helping to ease any back pain. We strengthen the glutes, front and back core and open to find release through the shoulders, the chest, the glutes and find some relieving spinal twists.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
