Level 1-2
We warm up and open up the hamstrings, glutes, quads and hip flexors ready for full splits. Longer held forward folds to really release through the muscles. A stand-alone class that you can return to time and again, lots of variations given throughout. To find balance in our practice we strengthen the hamstrings and utilise backbends, ending with a full splits tutorial and pose breakdown and finally a savasana. A focus is given to safe stretching of the hamstrings.
Equipment: 2 Yoga Blocks and 1 Yoga Strap
