A calming and grounding yoga release session to free the spine. Working with the breath throughout to free any sticky points in the back especially the lower back. This class also releases through the hips and hamstrings as tightness in these areas can often affect the lower back. Finish feeling restored and relieve of physical and mental tension.
Equipment: Optional 2 Yoga Blocks and a Strap
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind.
