Mantras are a powerful tool that help us shift our mindset, reframe our thoughts and help us clear our minds. This meditation uses a mantra to help you quieten the mind, connect to you and others around you. The breath is also used, during this 10 minute meditation, as an anchor to help engage the parasympathetic nervous system and fully reset.
